Many phones with logo only have problem with emmc flash ic or phone hardware.
In flash mode it should connect even with desoldered flash ic, posible your phone have some hardware problems.
Try to check phone battery and perform flash again, flashing only system this time.

Also you not selected repartition, on dead phones this is must if you flash whole firmware.
