helllo dear avanger team please help lenovo k10 xt2025-3 dead now flashing failed plz help me

Flash files count is :23
Action : Firmware update.
Selected Model: 0-By CPU: MT6765
Exe version: Avengers Box MTK 0.7.0
Scenario: [3]Flash reset package
Custom auth file added ok
Will be used loader: DA_SWSEC_1848_PTB29.138.bin
Reinsert phone battery.
Battery must be charged.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
Detected : MediaTek USB Port (COM79)
Boot mode: Brom
Brom stage DA fail, aborting
Error[0xc0060005]: STATUS_BROM_CMD_FAIL

This error meen, phone not repply on usb port.
Can be any error, discharged battery, bad usb cable, bad connector, phone hardware malfunction e.t.c.

sir phone is brand new i read flash successfully but write problem now my phone completly dead

If you not connected corectly phone, no matter really how old and new is phone.
Now you connected phone in brom mode(posible you keep vol-) and phone ask for auth file.

It's not error what you get, need to find and load auth file.

phone is now in dead condition i cannot find authentication file in google

I'am not have auth file for this phone.
Only way to solve this phone, is to desolder emmc and write back preloader with some direct emmc tool.
Other posibility i'am really not see.

Phone have erased preloader and ask for auth file, not for firmware.
You must read thread from begining.
