This is driver issue , install spd modem or diag drivers .

Be sure you not try to enter download mode in phone.
Spreadtrum use same driver for buth modes, but download mode is not compatible with diag mode.

Is used same drivers for download and for diag mode.
If you press on sc7715 for example vol- and insert usb cablle will be diag mode.
If you simple insert usb cable as exe prompt will be diag mode.
On generic phone cpu like sc6530, sc6531 so on for diag need special cable without vcc.
