Hi I bought a used avengers dongle i install avanger success fully but where is file is saved for this box not found in my pc 3 differnt pc used
following file saved in: my documents\avenger\avb_setting.ini not found
any other solution

You must ask about this file from old dongle owner.
On first start , exe must create this file.
If you used even once this, you must have this file.
If old owner also not have, most posible he try to sell you another dongle, not avenger?

Where can I find the serial number of avengers dongle
Is there no software like nck box to read the serial number

If your friend used even once avenger, he must have stored serial.
If he not know what serial have dongle what he sell and not have any proof to demonstarte this, most posible you must ask moneys back.
He try to sell you other smart card, and not avenger smart card.
I'am start to suspect a scam here.

my dongle is blocked is there a way to unlock pls

You must return your card to seller.
Here you somehow lie, and many strange things in your posts.
How you can know if your dongle is blocked or not if you not know even dongle serial number.

And why your reseller sell you blocked and damaged dongle?

All posible answers are already provided in this thread.
