A21 shows sd card blank or has unsupported filesystem


customer says,
it happen after deleating some picturs and unwanted files (For Him) from fone and sd card to save space , all done with connected with usb cable. after erasing ,restarted fone shows this error....


only WITH SD CARD INSERTED IT SHOWS THIS ERROR:
Code:
BLANK SD CARD

SD CARD BLANK OR HAS UNSUPPORTED FILESYSTEM
i flashed fone with 2 different files from support.
still shows same error ...

Dont say..Replace sd card.

Need help.

not clear about...
is this massage with internal sd card or you face problem with external sd card ,,,,,.
if you faced with external sd card then just format sd card from setting storage
or format both sd card

im face this problem but model different my track is
device wipe erased card with in this device not a system
download file maneger some differents types
one by 1 check for sd card locatoin .......

if not show in storage at the top of screen where all notificition shown there must it shown it click to BLANK SD CARD SD CARD BLANK OR HAS UNSUPPORTED FILESYSTEM error massage then format if it support

or thing you can try format a sd card with fat32 /fat/ntfs file system with pc

May be your SD card is corrupt or damaged.

Follow below steps to fix the issue:

• Connect SD card to Windows computer.
• Click “Start” and type “CMD” in the search bar and press ENTER.
• Type the following command: attrib -h -r -s /s /d f:\*.* in the new opened command prompt window and press ENTER.
• Note: Replace “f:” with your SD card drive letter name.
