its the same bro, carbon and flare have qualcom cpu chipset.
we can call dead boot coz phone didnt have bootloader anymore.

but if your device is detected as "HS-USB QDLoader 9008" then this software cannot detect your phone...thinks this only detect "HS-USB QDLoader 9006" device...

qpst (qualcomm product support tool) can be used to fix bricked phones which is being detected as HS USB QDloader 9008..

i recieve cherry flare now, connected in pc but if i try to click qpst download error, what i should this problem? any idea please..

i think your flare is not deadboot, you can do SW update of flare if your unit is not deadboot. before you can SW update the flare, you have to do set recovery mode which your flare green screen appeared. if not, you cant flash bro.
