U may done it with GSM multi tools v1.02b

press vol- and power u got test menu then connect with pc and istall all driver with adb
then open multi tool and now wipe data
Set is now restart and hard reset done!!!!!

KARBONN A1+ HARD RESET 100000% WORKING
Press and Hold Volume Up + Power Key.
after u get in download mode
Now Press Home Key to See Recovery Options
Now Select Wipe data/factory reset and touch MENU Key to Confirm
Now Select Yes -- Delete all user data and touch MENU Key to Confirm.
Now Reboot your Device

ENJOY....

1. press Vol[-] + Home key + Power key at a time.
2. Vol key to scroll down to select wipe data/factory reset.
3. then Power key to process next set up to delete all erase data.
4. then the device reboot after some time.

now enjoy more.

connect usb cable
install Driver- SCI-android-usb-driver-jungo-v4
open- Android Multi Tools v1.02b
press 5 wipe data
unlock ur phone 100%

step 1 sync anther gmail account and remove gmail lock
