Qualacomm not support hardreset,you have to flash it

power+volume up press 20 seconds contuneu hold reset menu display i have 3 sets clear pattern lock

1. Handset Off

2. Volume Up + Power Button in Hold

3. 5 Sec Green Colour Screen Display

4. Then Keep Holding Volume Up + Power Button


5. Next Red Colour Screen Display Recovery Mode Screen

6. Now Immediately release Volume Up + Power Button

7. Then Proced
