i have karbonn A5i on patten lock i tried to hard reset but not get success anybody please give me flash file or hard reset solution

Welcome to the ./downloads/Karbonn/A5 i/ folder of GsmHosting support area

Hard reset procedure :

Be sure the battery is 100% fully charged before starting

Switch Off the mobile, remove the battery and wait few minutes; put back the battery and turn the mobile ON while pressing and holding the "VOLUME UP" key and the "POWER BUTTON" together until the phone vibrates shortly.
Once the android system recovery menu appears, release VOLUME UP key and the Power button.
Using the volume key, select highlighting "wipe data/Factory reset".
Press the "Power button" to confirm or Cancel the job using the "BACK key".
Once the hard reset job is done, select "reboot system now" and press the "Power button" to confirm your choice.
The mobile will restart.

Note! All personal data will be lost
