Check the hw version: if it is A2-01 the you must flash it with the jellyBean version while if it is A2-02 you must use the kitkat version.

Try With Hard Reset.

Press & Hold Volume Down + Power Key. You Will See Factory Mode On Screen.

Select Clear eMMC By Volume Down Key, Then Press Power On Key, You Will See Formatting / Data...

Phone Automatically Reboot. It Mean Hard Reset Done.

The Second Method For Hard Reset.

Press & Hold Volume Up & Power Keys. You Will See Android Logo With Red Exclamation Mark.

Press Power Key, You Will See Android System Recovery With Many Option.

Select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" By Volume Down Key. Then Press Volume Up Key.
You Will See "Confirm Wipe Of All User Data?".

Select "Yes-- Delete All User Data" By Volume Down Key. Then Press Volume Up Key.

You Will See -- Wiping Data...
Formatting /Cache...
Data Wipe Complete.

Select "Reboot System Now" By Volume Up Key.

Phone Automatically Reboot. It Mean Hard Reset Done.

After flash this version Karbonn_A5s_v01004_09.08.2014_Kitkat mobile is dead i need flash file in phone version
