First Format With Any Chines Tool.

Then Flash With This File : c3b-qy-c3-hvga-lca_a66_gg-android4.4_UTLA66v1013_release By MMC.

Same Lock Found in Colors Xfactory X45

Colors xfactor X45 is EMMC Device (MTK 6572 I th ink). This device has USB DEBUGGING was Off. Fast Boot Mode OFF. Modem Not detected. If you format, then, you can open the Menu and you can do USB debugging ON but after 15 second, it will locked like you shown in the picture and the USB Debuggin you made few moment ago, will be OFF.

You can't solve this problem

doing:

1. Formatting
2. Hard Resetting or
3. Flashing

I think no one has solution of such problem except EMMC Boxes.
