HELLO,
IF COMPUTER DETECT YOUR PHONE
THEN FLASH IT WITH CORRECT FIRMWARE.

HERE IS THE FIRMWARE:
KARBONN A9 STAR STOCK FIRMWARE.

HERE IS THE FLASHING STEPS.
HOW TO FLASH KARBONN A9*

Upgrade the Software step:

1. Install USB driver
2. Power on the phone，Input #*20110606# on the dialer screen, enter test switch and select on.
3. Run the EMMC downloadtool.exe on PC.
4. Click the File Path button and select the SW image’s path , as below

5. Connect the phone to computer with USB cable
6. Click the Download button to download SW image, then begin to download.

7. Waiting for the downloadtool shows program Completed as below, then remove the battery to reset the phone.
