Network issue in karbonn A2 - GSM-Forum

I have received a karbonn A2 android handset. The problem with handset is it only cathes few operator network. In our case customer is not able to latch on to Idea network in gujarat. Airtel, BSNL, Voda are working fine.

Kindly suggest some solution.

karbonn a2 i check my balance it say connection problem or invalid mmi code call not income and outgoing but network no problem pls help
