As I wrote in my message, In my country it is perfectly legal to change a phone's IMEI (If you are the owner of the phone and you are not doing it commercially for money).

But for the sack of argument, is it possible to repair a Samsung 2G phone's IMEI to a random IMEI or a custom IMEI that begins with the numbers 35642105?
