z3x - change settings to extended read codes , may fail on MSL first few times but then it'll go through and calculate - Selected c3560 on USB.

this solution worked 100% tesco uk just select c3560 instead of 3590 let the driver install properly and hit direct unlock

With me it failed few times but i closed software and launched again and in the first step without trying to unlock i selected the model C3560 as explained before by fellows, and then selected Extended read code and it failed once but while it was restarting i pressed read code again and it worked,so try doing it while the handset is restarting and it should be alright
