To unlock such model have to solder wires or its different?

Alcatel OT-217 is supported for both Code Calculation and Read Codes by Cable.

Send me please PM with imei operator and *#837*(string what start with X) from one phone.

We will add this operator in calculator tab.
Soon will be added also full support for this model, have one in hands.
