To unlock this phone, need to use database from support.
First user not readed help and update thread.
From what i'am see, you have same problem.

I'am really not understand why need to ask again and again for this very simple thing.
Anyway, let's explain once again.
In settings tab, need to press access support.
Access support will open support page, for this need to press this button.
In opened web page, you will see many folders with different names, you must open folder named MTK Database files, Inside you will see Alcatel folder.
You must open this folder, inside will be many files.
You can find your file for your model and download it.
After will need to extract downloaded arhive(we compress it to be sure about file integrity), you must have installed in your pc winrar, winzip, 7z or other compatible exe.
After this need to load extracted file in exe.
Don't try to load downloaded file without extracting, it will not work.
Inside will not be 5033A,B,C,D,X,T so on files.
Will be only 5033 in your case, we not added multiple files to save space, anyway is simple to understand this.
