Activate Modemport for unlock on ZTE/Huawei [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello.

Is it possible to activate the modemport w/o installing the software from emulated CD-Drive (on ZTE and Huawei GSM-Modems, like K3565, MF190 and so on)?
(Of course It is necessary to install modem driver).

Everytime I get a stick for unlocking I have to install the software which comes to me on the virtuall CD-Drive. Otherwise e.g. mobile connect / NCK Dongle isn't able detect the stick (of course, because there is no modem yet).

I need anything to enable modem without installing the connection software.

In zte use ejectdisk.exe what must be in same folder with main exe.
This will swith to modem mode your modem.

And what about Huawei?

In nckDongle exist basic opperation for huawei modems.
Exe mostly bazed in code calculators for this modems.
Try to use cdma exe, this exe have more advansed features for huawei modems.
