alcatel ot-710 dead how flash it with nck
plz guide me step by step

To flash this phone need rj45 cable.

Step are next:
1.select model.
2.Load scatter in exe.
3.Press flash button.
4.Connect phone(battery must be charged).

Use any uni pinout (z3x, etc) box.

i use z3x box but this eror

You must check connection between phone and box.
Most posible bad cable or wrong pinout.

i think cable is ok when i connect cable to box then this eror come

First make bootinfo.
Phone must pass bootinfo.
Enable debug log and post here debug log please.
