change your com port because you have conflict in pc ports

i changed comport same result and in device manager the comport is not in use i tried 3 comports 2, 20 , 30

This problem also can be if exe not have admin rights and and windows not allow to open com ports in read-write mode.
What version of exe you use?
On 2 or 3 versions old some user report this problem, and was from different loader for some latin america 4010a
Be sure you have latest exe version.

Hi,

I was facing same issue with OT4033x and OT5036 but as soon as i installed last Android MTK 1.7.9 i unlock them easily.

We update constantly exe's based on users reports.
Recomended alsways is to use latest version.

had that solved just put the exe problem in administrator mode and connect me with no conflict thanks
