Alcatel 4037N unlock code problem [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi
I caculated unlock code with nck dongal for alcatel 4037n I've provided the correct imei+provider id got the nck code but when type the code get message sim unlock code incorrect why this issue occuR ?
Caculated nck code that I put see the pic

After typing a nck code get this msg phone

The calculated codes are ok, first you have to enter SPCK afterwards NCK.

Read please security backup with android mtk exe and post here.
Seems phone not ask for nck level, it's spck.
Anyway, need backup to check exactly.
