Greetings, is possible to read code or unlock Alcatel 5020N MetroPCS with NCK Dongle , selecting 5020, 5020D, 5020E always get the same error ..

I can give direct unlock without damaging the phone?

ot5020n, ot5020t seems have different cpu, will be added support in new update for this phones.

i am also trying to unlock a 5020n can someone point me in the right direction, i have never done anything like this before so if you could also have patiance with me i would greatly appreciate it.

Hi sscharbo.
This phone was added long time ago.
Just select model in exe and make read code.
