Most posible need to unlock phone.
Flashing firmware have nothing to do with unlock.

To unlock this firmware version, need to downgrade modem version.
In first post user posted complete info how to do this.
Also, you have nckbox, why you not make normal thread in your section?

If you not have already this file, you can download it from support.
It's located in folder called MTK Modem Backup
You can acess support using main module.
Before downgrade, dump your modem, to have posibility to restore in case of some wrong.
