You must exmplain more, about what exactly we talk.
If you talk about imei, in alcatel phones with null imei need to perform full flash.
And imei will come back.

- Download : support_access_New
- Unpack archive
- Insert Dongle
- Start support_acces.exe
- Click "Download installers"
- Download needed module(s), unpack, start install
- Start installed module (MTK, SPD, Qualcomm, etc.)
