alcatel 6030x unlock [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

hi. i am getting a little problem to unlock an alcatel 6030x.
i have already got codes but phone not asking to nck or spck when non accepted sim card inserted.
tried to look for number of attemps left but all fileds in sim lock option greyed
any way to unlock this phone? please see log below

Phone must be off with battery inside.

1.You use old exe.
2.In exe exist magic button "reset phone", if you will spend 5 min for readin forum, will see this button will reset phone and will allow to enter nck code after.
