Some sugestion here.
Search in forum about S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL error and mediateck emergency mode

As a hint, it's related to damaged preloader in your phone.

Why you not open debug log and see what happen?
This error can meen anything, starting with discharged battery and posible hardware damage can be also.

What firmware was in phone, meen what pid was?
Atach please debug log with this opperation.
Most posible need to generate auth file for this phone.
