alcatel 7024 dead after flash [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

i have alcatel 7024 to unlock after i follow instruction imei get damage and after trying to flash the process starts but failed and now its not connectin to computer please help me nck team this is wat it said when trying to flash

Flash files count is :16
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
Search usb port error!
Get preloader port fail.
Please reconect phone again and retry!
All done.

Do you have alcatel ot-7024n or ot-7024w?
Post please complete info about phone.

where can i find log sir because i close the software before saving the log

Phone pid is printed on label on phone.
Say me this pid please.
And contact me directly by yahoo messenger, i'am online now.
Most posible you have OT-7024N, is not compatible with ot-7024w

phone is back on now i help the power button for 7 seconds and it came on and then i repeat the flashing instruction and the process was succesfully so the phone is working with full signal thanks mr orbita for your quick reply and your help
