Alcatel One Touch 4010A cakculated unlock code OK but unlock not permanent. - GSM-Forum

As the title says the calculated NCK code works fine but each time I insert a SIM card from a different provider, the phone asks for the unlock code again. Are there additional steps I should take?

Wipe your phone, and after enter unlock code.
Must work.
Search in forum, you will see many topics about.

Here not related with "temporary codes", simple some providers customise firmware.
