Yes solution is extremly simple.
Read help.
For this phone is suported direct unlock.

Also search , will give you many logs for this phone.

Really, is hard to teach user how to unlock phone if user have very small knowlege about.

Posible problems from your log:

1.Exe not started in admin mode(for XP not need this)
2.Some antivirus block exe(not allow even to save backup)
3.You use very old exe.
4.No idea, can be any other problem, including starting exe from rar file and so on.

...but it isn't easy to find this model.
On your website there is no information about this model and I didn't find ot2010 in newest "NCK Dongle Main Module"
can you update this information? It will be helpful for others.

Unlock is added long time ago in generic MTK module.
So this model can be unlocked by calculator or by cable unlock.
