Alcatel will show wrong code also if counter is full.
Try format phone and check code again.

Also not all phones ask for nck, can ask for nsck, spck e.t.c.

I know phone ask me for nck code i also format the phone but still code is wrong i will get phone in my hands from customer this days and i will send you customization from phone
