You can use cable solution.
This solution is not pid dependent.

You must install cdc driver.
For sure in device manager you have com port with missing driver when phone stuck in meta mode.

you must install drivers manually and correct. why? when microsoft developed windows , they did not make it to auto detect and install all drivers ever made.

So here a little effort needed from users side to install manually correct drivers
