Alcatel OT-4030X Blocked Counter [ANSWERED]

Got an OT4030X with blocked counter. Managed to unlock, but I'm afraid it's just partially unlocked. Here's what I did.

1. I did the reset, now the phone asks for SIM Pin ME.
2. Calculated code in Main Module, NCK code did not work.
3. Switched to direct unlock in Android MTK Module, direct unlock was unsuccessful. The log says NCK and SPCK are locked.
4. I proceeded then to unlock the SIM Pin ME with the SPCK calculated code from Main Module.

Now I can successfully initiate calls, but all incoming calls go straight to voicemail, no matter what SIM I put in the phone. Checked phone settings (and operator settings) there is no active incoming call barring. Please advise

Meanwhile I did the factory reset, did not solve the problem, however I reflashed it from support and now it's working.

Readed code and calculated code are same.
What you meen not work?

Phone are locked on 2 levels, and need to imput spck and nck, acording to what phone ask.
This phone is locked on 2 levels and this is provider lock, not our exe lock.

You do all things, excepting what exe sugest

If lock counter is 0, make "Format UserData" from exe.

So really not understand where is problem.
1.Calculated and readed codes are same= you claim is wrong.
2.Exe sugest to perform format userdata from exe[if counter is 0], not see any log or some else for this.
3.After you readed codes by android mtk, codes from main module what are exactly same work now, really mistery here

There's a misunderstanding.

The phone had the counter locked. I couldn't introduce the code after calculating, neither did it accept the direct unlocking mode via cable. Then I copied the codes from log. Did a Format UserData. Now the counter wasn't blocked anymore. I entered the NCK code I generated earlier. The phone didn't accept it. Then I entered the SPCK code. The phone was unlcoked now, but couldn't receive calls. Checked incoming call settings, but it wasn't blocked. Then I proceeded to flash it. Not it works.

I hope this clears it up. Please know I wasn't complaining, I just needed some advice on how to proceed

Little info.
This model as almost all alcatels mtk have same code for engeering mode.

In this menu selecting SIMELOCK menu will display lock levels and counters.
Problem can be also with firmware, some providers lock phone also at firmware level, and in this case, yes need to rewrite firmware also.
Known operator what do this is tracfone, but can be another operators also.

This phone 4030x i'am have in hands, and tested on multiple scenarios.
On normal lock, after formating userdata, phone rebuild default simlock.
Formating by exe, not by recovery mode meen.

If phone create problems after, this meen was locked firmware, and you perform corect way flashing another firmware.
