It is supported for Direct Unlock in NCK Dongle Alcatel Android Module.

Did you tried to reset phone?

Are you able to type *#*#3646633#*#* and from engeneering menu select SIMMELOCK?

Strange for you seems nothing works as usual, ok try flash phone with firmwares in support area then unlock it, or maybe our software don t flash it also?
