Posible i'am not understand some, but how can be unlock problem for unsupported phone?
Rule is very simple, if alcatel model is listed, it's supported.
If model is not listed, this is not bug or error, simple this phone is not listed in exe.

More, if selecting other model will not work, this is not "unlock problem"
This meen selected models is not compatible with your phone, and selecting other model, you accept posble risk to kill phone.
