Alcatel OT-983 Unlock Problem [SOLVED] ★★★★★ - GSM-Forum

I face This Problem
when I m try To OT983 Info or Unlock Click after
This Error
With phone OFF(without battery) insert usb cable now.
Start Detect phone.
Create : The system cannot find the file specified
Error Detect phone.
Error connect phone!.

Please Tell Me how to Solve This Problem

And One thing More today I Buy 1 year Activation Nck Dongle But
Nckdongle Site Not Show My Account Expiry Date
Can i Ask My NCk Dongle 1 year Activate Or not ?

Your Account Status: ACTIVE
Your Account Expires: UNTIL CANCELLED

Posible error for this problem
"Create : The system cannot find the file specified"

Driver have conflict or exe not opened in admin mode and windows not allow to use com ports.
You must see your UAC, Antivirus or firewall settings.
This is windows error and not related to activations.

today i m buy 1 year activation nck dongle
how can i check it activate or not? because im login nckdongle site
not show expiry date

but please solve my second problem

don't know my nck dongle 1 year activated or not

when im Open Latest Version
show this error

Security Card Not Found, Will Exit Now
But working everything

Im Already Sending You All Sn Details Please Verify Is 1 year Activated or not
and Nckdongel site not show expiry date?

Be sure you not run 2 exes at same time and you use nckdongle exe.
To update card you must use latest nckdongle exe.
All other exes will work after this, only.

oki everything fine now
but i don't know why not showing nckdongle site my expiry date

like

This not related to your card, this is site acount and is autorenew when expire.
Will close this thread now, problem was solved.
