Alcatel ot606a no service after enteting unlock code, how can write imei using which cable the one written in help I can't find it on my set of cables.

this has nothing to do with code enter even not have nothing to to do with it if direct unlock with cable never mind a factory code

Just a small sugestion, before killing complete phone, try to check gsm band.
This phone have APAC version and released for america market.
To make work it in your contry, you must modify hardware(adding missing gsm band) + software.
If you want to change imei in phones with otp imei, you must desolder flash ic, and solder new one.
And after write once otp imei.
