Can anyone recommend a tool to unlock this brand of cellphone?

Now exist lot of brands and models.
Will be more usefull if you post some details about this this phone.

Androis or not android, if android then need to know android version.
Cpu used by your phone.

It is not android, it is à very small phone working on gsm band 900/1800

I had to do a little research myself on this phone because the sticker at the back only say Model V5...nothing else here is a pic of this phone...

In picture is ULC2, this is infineon.
In info you writed MTK 6223 SOLUTION

Anyway, if this phone is MTK, posible is already supported.
Try conect to generic mtk exe and make boot info.
MTK 6223 not support USB , so will need rj45 cable.
