Try running NCK Dongle as administrator, that message looks like
exe cant make temporary file, or do disk cleanup and retry
(my computer - C drive right click - properties - disk cleanup - select all items)
then retry the process.

Try to backup security items only,
and attach scatter file only, coder will take a look and issue a hint / add update in next version.

(or pack whole security backup with rar/7zip and upload to mega/google/etc.)
