Bought July 2014/ need 1 year activation??? [SOLVED]


I, NCK Dongle support.
Can you explain me please, why i can't use my dongle at this moment?
If i bought it last year, on July, why is telling me that i have to buy one year activation already? On my calculation i used it for 9 months, not 12.
Oh, and i'm trying to contact you trough here, since 2 weeks ago i tried trough support page and no answer from there.
Hope you can clarify me this.

PM your CardID to Fast Unlocking, Orbita or me.

Server shall not say wrong at all. May be you bought an already activated pc.

Server keeps data from very first Card Update.

Well, gladfully i don't need google transaltor and I DID understand what NCKCDMA wrote.
I PM him already and waiting for an answer.
I also understand what he meant about "Server shall not say wrong at all. May be you bought an already activated pc".
My question is: Is this legal? To sell something sayin' it's new and it was already used and activated? Or at least, is it normal? From an official re-seller suggested by nck team?
Because i bought something where it was advertized with one year activation included.
I bought it on 27 June 2014 (i have receipt from fonefunshop & paypal transaction) and received it on 3 July 2014, same day i activated it(i have confirmation e-mail from nck team from activation).
So, in the end, i think i understood what NCKCDMA wrote before.
But, are you understanding my point of view?

You card activation date has been fixed. Now you can use Main Module to update your card.

In future you can see your Card Activation detail when you make any Online operation like Code Calculation.
