But phone still locked tried

Many chap phones with this cpu have hardlocked firmware.
On hardlocked phones sim unlock will not work.

In this world is manufactured lot of phones, lot of firmware modifications, lot of branding e.t.c.
Some we support, some we not support.
No any box support all phones from all world.
If phone is not supported , this meen for this phone is not added support and phone is not supported.

its read phone code and simlock code

true it reads the unlock code but no way of entering the unlock code
