Cant enter at support area [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have a problem to enter at the support area.
I login ok with my user & pass but when I try to download any file always said me to enter again User & pass.
Enter again my User & Pass and get error and get this:
Your connection to this server has been blocked in this server's firewall.
Can you help me plz

check your browsers if infected or for sniffers active, because this is first time we hear of such a matter that firewall blocked and user , usua if there is a dos attack from ip it shows a msg that ip is blocked.

In your case we can t do much try using proxy and see if is ok, if problem is still there u need to give us full info including the ip u try to login from and we will send this to the hosting company to check.

Btw you do know that you can start NCKdongle.exe (main Module) and go to settings tab, then click button called : Access Support ?

this will open the other support area that have setups and also Firmwares etc..

Now I'm enter through the shell and download the last installer.
But through the web page I cant.
