Cant unlock Alcatel OT-255a - GSM-Forum

Hello I am wondering if I am doing something rong or is it that this model isnt suported. I have tried to calculate in the OT-255 but doesnt give correct code. Coud be That is doesnt support OT-255a ?

Try connect phone with alcatel easy flasher and read code.

I get this when I try to unlock with OT-255. But code doesnt work

IMEI checksum seems ok

Yes, need connect phone to PC .
Exe must read from phone some data.

Check please cable and pinout.
If exe not detect phone at all, you have problems with box or cable or pinout.

I do not have a problem with phone detection. It works for blackberrys great. Any other suggestion?

blackberry cable is 1 thing and Alcatel cable is other, and Alcatel uses UART cable not usb like bb

Alcatel use other pinout for cable.
BB use V3 pinout, alcatel conector have duble side pinout.

Just google for alcatel pinouts, mostly mtk alcatels use same pinouts.
