Member: 865454 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 25 | CAN'T UNLOCK R800i [ANSWERED] i followed the steps in HELP box CORRECTLY and intsalled driver CORERECTLY but still cant UNLOCKED the phone... heres the logs and advance THANKS to all of you...Unlock procedure started, waiting for phone. Attach Testpoint and connect phone with Micro USB cable. Connecting to boot. Port : ZEUS Flash Device Error open port!! Error connect device!!!! Drivers is corectly installed? Unsupported CPU(fixed Security)? Read help page about how to connect device. -------------------------- Log saved to: logs\_R800–Xperiaplay16.txt |

Install corect driver and try again. Not necesarry to be alcatel driver, any qualcom HS-USB is good, including SE driver. If you install corectly, in device manager under com ports must show new comport related to this phone. | |
