Hello I cant unlock samsung S2. I have installed all samsung drivers and it wont read phone. Is there something I should do before in the phone?

Press help button in software

yes use help to guide how to set the steps in phone, like usb debug then set usb with code *#7284#

then it wil ask you for other drivers and install, if you install kies it will have all drivers with it.

then all should be ok
