PHONE: Phone QCN Backup.
Exe Version: NckDongle Qualcomm Module 0.12.5
Port: Qualcomm HS-USB Android DIAG 901D (COM26)
Dumping QCN, do not disconnect phone.
Read filter not checked, using generic qcn reading.
[0]Error connect phone, check if phone is in diag mode.
Done.

Found Device:S601652006043
Device have SU(rooted)
Model: S60
Platform Id: msm8952
OS Version: 6.0.1
Build Id: MMB29M
Build version: LTE_D0201121.0_S60_0.035.00
(GSM)RIL VERSION: Qualcomm RIL 1.0

Phone must be in diagnostic mode, not in charging mode.
For backup qcn we use factory qualcomm madded dll and it work for all phones what create diagnostic port.
So here mostly sure is not exe problem, is connection problem.

so your explanation doesn't help.

Any real advice what needs to be done? or I just wasted my money on renewing this product?

p.s
have 2 platforms
win 10 x64
win 7 x32
tested on both same situation can't read qcn
phone rooted enabled diag mode
tested different drivers still no luck
