Dongle not found, will close now!!!!!! why


I have received my NCK dongle from my reseller. but when i run the programmes I get this message ongle not found, will close now. the card reader has a sticker written on "www.fenix-key.com"
nckDongle support acces client works fine with this dongle.

simple after installing, exe and drivers, close support exe and only run 1 of nck dongle exes each time.

if support exe working ok all other MUST work,

All day today i've been trying and trying opening each exe like you said.But i keep getting same error message.
I'm worried about the card reader its got some words written on it ' Fenix Key' I don't know if this is normal or if there is something wrong. The Client Support exe works fine.
I'm not sure if the dongle is messing up, or whether they shipped me a wrong dongle!!!!!

I was having the same problem using windows 7 64bit os, dongle and software worked fine but not support, finally got a windows xp laptop and all working perfectly now.

i am using original windows 7 64 bit, and all is working fine, check for correct drivers.

support works fine for me if running from nck dongle 7.5 software on win7 64bit, but the standalone support file for new users does not find dongle.
