Mediateck phones need to use cable without vcc.
Disasemble cable and cut vcc line from cable if you want rj45.
In usb mode need only to connect usb cable for this new cpu, without pressing any key.

I'am not haved this phone in hands, but posible yes.
Anyway , almost all generic mediateck phones have also rx, tx on board.
And from my experience, rj45 cable with ignition[vcc enabled] not work on most mediateck phones.
