I don't get any answer and still you deleted my post.
I am asking you in good manner but the way you doing is arogant.,
If u feel u can't support simple can said.,

we told you 3 times and we posted in our v9.5 update thread , that all flash files are getting uploaded this will take few days, if you can t understand that s your problem not ours, if you can t read also your problem not ours, if i ask you same question 5 times and you answer me 5 times sure you will not be happy, simple as.

now back to your support question, there 2 firmwares already uploaded for OT991X and for OT991D 1 firmware is getting uploaded try to downlaod NOT NOW BUT AFTER 3 HOURS

or i must repeat another 20 times ?

i got full file download , but file does not get extract.

tick in exe display partition info and press boot info.

will give long list
from this list select this
Partition: __NODL_PRO_INFO Start:0x00100000 Len:0x00080000
for you can be same or differ adress.

After press read flash, and enter in adreses acording to yours
begin 0x00100000 length 0x00080000(here is my example)

This file contains info about your filesistem, and is good idea to backup.

After uploading flash will guide you how to continue.
