Why don't you use NCK Qcom and post here result? 8909 cpu is supported.

Alcatel qualcomm is not yet supported for FRP operation.
I hope it will be available in the next update, I have two (2) phones waiting to test that service.

For alcatel qc frp if you have phones in hands make backups and contact orbita on skype

We are on 0.9 version of exe, 0.1 is very very old version.
In time, yes was added many models of phones.
Just try to use more new exe if you want models supported
