yes, drivers are good because, with GT-A897 selected it say witch phone is connected

I unlook this phone with adb shell and hexa edit

I bought this dongle to simplify handling

I do not know what's causing the problem, but on my system (WIN7 64bit) working fine.

For unlock this phone need to select diagnostic port.
For this need to put phone in qualcomm mode.

Please note, s5830 and s5830i is totally diferent phones.
If you have some samsung software runing, please close , because it will keep opened port.

If still problems use rj45 cable, will do job also.

If still have troubles, contact me directly, lets see where is problem.

why did you select A879 as model?

with GT-S5830 it is msl related security and not like other model you selected in other model you are just reading the info based on adb but this is wrong will not unlock this way, so must configure phone correct and drivers for it, it s working perfect according to us, anyway just to double check there is no bug from our side we will get a phone a re check it tonight.
